Shipping, Refunds and Damages
We ship our items as soon as possible and within 7 business days from when you place your order using USPS. When your order has shipped we will notify you via e-mail and include tracking information. If you have rush delivery needs, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Rush deliveries are subject to additional fees.
Refunds: If a problem exists with an item you recently purchased, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org where we will direct you on the steps to repair or replace your item. If you’d like a refund on an item for any other reason, we are happy to refund you the cost of the product + any taxes charged if contacted within 7 business days of purchasing the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded and you will need to cover return shipping. If you intend to return a piece, please contact us at email@example.com prior to shipping.
Damages: Because every item is handmade (and made of ceramic), we understand that damages may occur. If you receive an item damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately with images at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately we are not responsible for items that break from normal wear and tear, including accidentally dropping. Please handle at CR porcelain accessories with care.
Bulk Orders, Wholesale and Custom Orders
Bulk Orders: If you would like to place an order for an amount of 5 or more of a single piece at a discounted rate (say for wedding parties, bridesmaid or groomsman orders) please contact us at email@example.com. Advanced notice is encouraged for bulk orders.

Customization and Weddings: We now offer customized services for weddings and other jewelry requests. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can go from there!
Other Common Questions
Will this break if I drop it? Though CR porcelain accessories are durable for every day wear, they will break if dropped on to hard surfaces! Please handle all of your ceramic goods with care, especially porcelain jewelry!
Can I get a different chain or cable length for a necklace I have or am about to purchase? Yes! Please make a note when you go to check out or send an e-mail to email@example.com and we’ll get one ready for you!
Do you make clip-on earrings? We certainly can, though we cannot convert existing post earrings to a clip-on. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make a pair just for you!
